All International orders must select PayPal as payment option. 

SALES TAX

The LightsTheWay home office is in Texas. Orders shipped to Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax.  All other domestic orders are tax free.

SHIPPING  

LightsTheWay.com ships all U.S bound package orders via UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders to Hawaii & Alaska are shipped via USPS only. Our website is connected to the UPS shipping system so that you can get accurate shipping costs for your order. NOTE: UPS adds a disclaimer to their fee to the effect that the merchant is free to add additional fees to their shipping charges - however, we do not add any undisclosed fee to the UPS charge.

USPS will supply a "receipt/label"  number that an item has been shipped but no view of the shipment's progress while a UPS tracking number will show the progress of your package(s) as well as expected delivery date.  The typical delivery time is 3-5 business days for both USPS and UPS orders. (Priority mail and Ground delivery).

International Orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail which allows us to track your package and provide delivery confirmation to both you and PayPal. We do add USPS fees so that your order is insured against loss, damage, or rifling.  The international insurance fees are based on the order amount and can be found on the USPS web site.

 Free shipping programs :

• Free shipping for orders of $75 or more (before shipping and taxes) for destinations within the US and to military duty stations. (UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail)
  • We will select best shipping method for these orders.

International orders are accepted for several countries and select inventory items. Each product will note if not available for international orders. Please review our International shipping information for more details.

WARRANTIES

LightsTheWay does not warranty the merchandise we sell. All warranties, either stated or implied, are the sole responsibility of the product's manufacturer. Because manufacturer's warranties vary from item to item, please refer to the documentation that accompanies your purchase for warranty details.  (See Return & Credit Policy)

RETURN & CREDIT POLICY

We want you to be happy with the products you order from us. In the rare instances when something is not right, you will need to : 

Please email us customerservice@lightstheway.com for a Return authorization (RA) number before shipping anything back to us.  This RA # enables us to track your return and credit your account quickly once we receive it from you. Any item returned without this RA # will not be recognized by the manufacturer and we will be unable to credit your account for the returned merchandise.

When requesting a RA#, please let us know which of the following reasons for the return  :

• the item is defective - please include what is wrong with the item                            
• we shipped an item to you incorrectly - please include what you ordered versus what you actually received  
• you ordered the product in error - please let us know what you actually wanted to order.

We will email you the RA# and shipping address for your return product.  

Items that are defective or shipped incorrectly will receive full credit within 30 days of purchase with a valid RA #.  Unfortunately, product cannot be returned if 30 days after purchase. However, we can assist you with manufacturer contact information for warranty claims or in locating the nearest repair facility for your product.

A 20% restocking charge will apply if product is returned due to customer error.

Shipping charges for any type of return are the responsibility of the customer.
