The Survivor flashlight is made of rugged nylon polymer - it is virtually indestructible and passes the 30 ft. drop test. The Streamlight LED Survivor is weatherproof, microprocessor controlled with a push button switch is raised to make it easy to use with gloves - 3 position switch: HIGH, LOW, and LOCATOR STROBE. Streamlight Survivor's ultra-bright, 3 watt super high flux LED has 50,000 hr. life with 65 lumens light rating - no need for spare bulb. Survivor's deep-dish, parabolic beam generator creates a long-range (500 ft.), focused light beam and ample side lighting for multi-use applications. Survivor LED Rechargeable flashlights fit existing Survivor® charging units and have a dual power source: 4 "AA" Alkaline batteries or rechargeable nickel cadmium battery pack (rechargeable model includes back-up alkaline battery pack). The Survivor's newly redesigned clip doesn't deform like metal clips and grabs onto belt or clips to turnout gear for easy hands-free use.
